Can you clarify the license for riot-bench?

Hi, I found this site while reading your paper at https://arxiv.org/pdf/1701.08530.pdf. 

Some of the xml files have an apache header but none of the java files seem to have a header that indicates license.  Is all of riot-bench licensed under Apache style license?
