Rake tests fail with errors

Hello all!

I was in the process of packaging ruby-growl for Debian however while running gem2deb ruby-growl, it gave me this error (pastebin link to full output). When I ran rake in the directory manually, I got the same error.

The environment is a completely fresh and up to date Debian Unstable docker container.
