YouTube fullscreen in window has large empty space below player

When fullscreening on YouTube, there's a large empty space below the player

Inspecting the page and setting --ytd-watch-flexy-top-padding and --ytd-watch-flexy-space-below-player to 0 seems to fix the issue, after the video takes a moment to update and fill the space.

What browser are you using?
And this is when using windowed or in-window? (Or both? :O)

I use Vivaldi, this is in in window mode I think (the one that full screens inside the browser window without a popout). I've had no issues before today, not sure why it's cropped up!
