Style Optimization: Adjust Document Comment Color & Ensure Function Parameter Color Consistency

1. The theme's current document comment color is too prominent, causing visual distraction. Could we adjust it to a moderate grayscale? It’ll blend better with the theme and reduce eye strain during long coding sessions.
2. Function parameters have different colors in declaration vs. usage. If this isn’t intentional, could we unify them? It’ll keep the theme consistent and make code easier to read.

As shown in the following figures, It is felt that VS Code's approach in these two aspects is more appropriate, which is for reference only.

Regarding the "Comment" issues, it appears to only be an issue with that particular comment type ///

I can see this issue is also present in a lot of other themes, so will have to investigate. Could be something strange in the rust grammar.

In regards to the parameter issue, this was an issue for Ruby and I had to create a PR into Zed to add this functionality but that was some time ago so it's possible that there is a way to do this in rust now, it could be a limitation of the syntax theming system.
