Trap Damage Fix

Trap damage on hit will now roll damage in roll20
!heal power will heal from 0HP if the target is negative

Trap encounters and traps in standard encounters are now parsed and imported.

To use: Close Masterplan and then unzip contents into masterplan\AddIns

Reopen Masterplan and open a project and Create Exporter will appear under Tools -> Add Ins
