TAH Integration: Tech Debt

Making an explicit reference to the dnd4e helper.js.

Using internal methods on helper.js in the tooltip method.

The entire power usage thing. Get it in API.

The tooltips fake being a chat message for css. you can do better now.

Looks like the recent TAH updates have totally slammed the styling as well. Seems they switched their defaults to a "sidebar" kind of format? Choosing their "Custom" style gets you close to the old defaults, by the look of it, but of course then you lose any 4e-specific styling.

I'd love to have fixed it myself and sent a PR, but I'm kind of swamped as it is, playing v12 catchup :\ Hopefully you can look into it?

Eurgh, sad times, I will try to look at it at the weekend. I evidently haven't updated to that version yet.

So CSS Changes I don't know, interestingly the new version allows setting of more objects and thus CSS for tooltips, but this was never my strength.

In the immediate I have moved all the code out of here and into its own module so it can hard-depend on specific versions of TAH .
