Double/tripple or even missing ircbot announces #9
Description
Sometimes (not always, like 1 in 10) the ircbot announce is either missing, double or even trippled.
Not the whole announce is missing but sometimes first, halfway or complete is missing from a complete announce set.
this is completly random. Irritating like hell :-)
Would like this to be investigated.
