Files remain in REPEAT queue across study sessions

When you fail a card, it is added to the REPEAT queue to go back to at the end of the study session.  It also gets marked as a repeat, so that rescheduling doesn't occur.  If you fail to complete the study session and never go back to the card, the following day when you sit down to study again, it will still be marked as REPEAT, and won't be rescheduled regardless of your score.
