Update to Telstra Messaging API v2

• Take the opportunity to look for updated Packagist libs
• Create a new 1.x release with decommissioning notice displayed in Drupal status page.
• Create a 2.x branch for new API.

Hi @dpi. I've started work on this using Telstra's SDK: https://github.com/telstra/MessagingAPI-SDK-php

It's not on packagist but can be installed via composer. To get things going quickly I've simply created a new class "Telstra2", added Telstra's classes as services and injected the dependencies.

I can share a work in progress if you're interested in this approach. So far it can send an sms using provisioning and authentication. I can't spend much more time finessing or updating all the features such as incoming messages.

The following needs to be added to composer.json sections:

I could separate it into a different project but there doesn't seem a lot of point.

Hi @imclean557,

I think submitting a PR is a good next step.

It seemed almost trivial to implement with the former API, so I'd like to see it to feature parity.

Its great Telstra has put together this library. I'd like to see it added to the Packagist catalogue, so lets get communication going in that aspect.

I can't get the Drupal module to work and get the error: An error occurred while sending sms.

Do I need to update something?
