document the versions in which interfaces were added #11
Description
It looks like get_all_symbols (and some other subs)? wasn't added until version 0.14. It would be helpful if this were noted in the documentation, so appropriate prereqs can be used as needed.
e.g. this report http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/29006f72-2206-11e4-a7f3-d7164a15a708 stems from an inadequate prereq on Package::Stash.
