Updating tile size does not display on front end - resave of graphic module required

When updating the size of a tile that is already used in a layout, it does not update the graphic module size on the front end. The old "max size" attribute on the graphic module is not updated when the tile is updated. So to fix on the front end, you have to also make a small change to the graphic module, undo, then save again. Once the module has been updated, then the max width attribute on the graphic module gets updated.
