Add support for layout assignment for WooCommerce product categories

ProPhoto can assign layouts to blog category pages. (e.g. the landing page for "Weddings" posts)

ProPhoto cannot assign layouts to WooCommerce product category pages, or to all products within a product category.

Consider adding to ProPhoto's layout assignments popup...

• In Archives tab: the ability to assign a layout to all WC product categories.
• In Archives tab: the ability to assign a layout to individual WC product categories.
• In Products tab: the ability to assign a layout to all products within particular categories.

The WooCommerce REST API can be used to get the product category data:
