P6 block full height offsetting strangely in Firefox #863

The template had a block setting of block full height.
The first block, containing rows for a logo, menu, and gallery was also overriding to vertical row position center.
Caused the gallery in row 3 to fill the screen height and the two rows above (logo & menu) weren't seen, probably above the viewport.
Switching the template to block height auto seemed to fix it. (guessing the user didn't actually want block height full for all)
