Configurable SSH handling

• Support for both PuTTY and OpenSSH
• UI for changing settings
  • Settings window with options launched with /settings
  • Ability to elevate privileges to change global settings (HKLM)
  • Create ssh:// icon and figure out how to overlay the UAC icon on it for the global settings shortcut
