<section class="pillar-context"><div><h2>The problem</h2><p>Missouri's workforce system serves thousands of job seekers, but navigating WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) programs, job centers, and training resources remains confusing and inaccessible for many who need them most.</p><p>Entrepreneurs and small business founders face similar barriers — scattered resources, complex compliance requirements, and limited access to structured guidance on starting and growing a business in Missouri.</p></div><div><h2>Our approach</h2><p>These tools provide AI-powered navigation for Missouri's workforce and entrepreneurship ecosystems. From WIOA program eligibility to job matching across all 114 counties, each skill is grounded in current program data and regulatory requirements.</p><p>The JTA Platform skill supports association operations and member services, while MO Start guides aspiring entrepreneurs through Missouri-specific startup requirements.</p></div></section>
