Invalid CLI not weeded out by thor

ie: `ds install ~/.config/dotstrap/dotstrap-repos.txt -d`

``` bash
...
fatal: repository 'https://github.com/-d/' not found
=> -d
updated
configuration complete
```

this is because you have to pass in args like *args to allow for more than one 
file/repo... (need a workound)
