Lookup Gravatar profile pic from email

Now that we have the [PrizedrawRegistrationWebsite](https://github.com/dotnetoxford/PrizedrawRegistrationWebsite), where the users enter their email address - we can now start using the profile pic functionality again in the tiles (that we used to get when this Prizedraw app integrated with Meetup). Just do a Gravatar lookup.
