`aspire logs` should have an option to enable/disable timestamps

The dashboard doesn't display timestamps by default, and has an option to display them:

The resource name + timestamp take up most of the display:

I don't have a strong opinion on whether timestamps should be enabled or disabled by default, but there should be an option to toggle display.

I currently have lot of spare time and would be happy to contribute a fix for this.
Since the timestamp is already sent through the RPC connection
Would you prefer cutting/handling the timestamp in LogsCommand, or controlling its visibility at another layer?

I plan to take a set of these issues, we're doing a big pass on the cli clean up so not great for contribution at the moment
