`aspire logs` should display better resource names

aspire logs always displays the full resource name:

This should only be done when there are multiple replicas, i.e. catalogservice-nvjehxxe and catalogservice-zranfhpy.

Describe the solution you'd like

The full name shouldn't be displayed when there is one instance, i.e. frontend
