Description

This customer feedback was ported from the UUF system.

For this section of this topic:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ef/core/modeling/entity-properties?tabs=data-annotations%2Cwithout-nrt#conventions

The following is the feedback from the customer:
" This feature is enabled by default in new project templates, but remains disabled in existing projects unless explicitly opted into. Then 2 tabs, of which: "Without NRT(default)". Based on above text, I believe With NRT should have (default)."

Possible cause:
The article states that the feature of nullable reference types (NRT) is enabled by default in new project templates but remains disabled in existing projects unless explicitly opted into

The confusion arises from the tab labels "Without NRT (default)" and "With NRT." Given that NRT is enabled by default in new projects, it would make sense for the "With NRT" tab to be labeled as "(default)" when discussing new project templates. This discrepancy could indeed cause confusion for users.
