Docker Engine 1.40 Updates

Is there any plan for updating this library for engine API version 1.40?

I have a branch in my fork which updated the go dependency versions to docker engine 19.03 (the imports are broken on master with the versions in the godep.json by the way).
I then updated all the C# models for this new version.
I also added the new docker service logs endpoint and I am using it successfully.

Let me know if you would like me to continue updating this library to the latest version of docker as there are a few things I have come across which need to be fixed:

• Tests failing in pipeline
• Base64 string to IList throwing error (PR Submitted)
• A number of missing endpoints
• etc.

I'm working (a bit silently tbh) on the vNext which revamp the codebase but I'm waiting on Code Generators to be out (which looks like will be on .Net 5).

The godeps is also some sort of mistery to me. If I may ask, can you update the readme with the steps to update the generated files as well?

Here is the pull request #472

I made an update today to get rid of godep and use the newer go modules which are much nicer. This downloads dependencies defined in the go.mod file when you run go build so it just works.

Has anyone looked into generating code based on the OpenAPI docs docker now has? This would pretty much replace the whole library, however I remember to docs not being 100% complete but I could be wrong.

I am using this library quite heavily at work so I am willing to help out with anything.

The idea with the vNext is precisely that. OpenAPI is what I'm going to use.

We shouldn't rely in go types but instead only on the public API.
