Improve post creation #29
Description
Currently non-members of a community can create posts in a community if they are logged in users.
Post creation is done on posts page, where the generated post can be attached to any existing community.
Only members of a community should be able to create posts in that community.
Post creation page should be attached to the community page via a link or pop-up, where the only option is to create a post for that community.
