Is there a way to add non-natural amino acids to OSPREY? #192

Hello OSPREY users and developers.
I am wondering if there is a way to add non-natural amino acids in OSPREY.
This is related to #170 but that issue is quite old. Is there newer documentation on how to add modified residues parameterized using AmberTools or other approaches to OSPREY?
I would be really grateful for any suggestions.
