Request: allow formatting of results page

I'd like to be able to specify the formatting of the page that results from clicking on one of the tags, that is, the "Topic"-like page that each hyperlinked tag leads to. It'd be really nice to be able to pass pagelist flags like "&nodate&nouser&desc" to control the formatting of the page and make it look a little nicer.
