[IMPROVEMENT] Add CI for Next.js build #17
Description
There should be a CI workflow to run a test Next.js build for any new pull requests.
It would be even better if the test build's HTML results could be harnessed or hosted in some way so we can see "previews" from PRs that have a successful build. Admittedly, that's a stretch goal.
