CSS percent (%) value not working as expected in Firefox 3-21

Just reporting this Flexie bug for the previous -moz-box specs of Firefox which is probably valid for 'reflexie' to address too.

Essentially percentages need to be converted to pixel value for 'fixed' sizes to work in Firefox 3-21.
