Mark host_lock_handle and host_unlock_handle as deprecated?

Hoping for Adobe to be able to answer this one!

This issue refers to host_lock_handle and host_unlock_handle in PF_HandleSuite1.

According to this 2022-03-07 comment on the Adobe Forums, these calls haven't been functional since potentially at least CS6.

As a result, should the docs reflect that they don't do anything? There are many other posts on the Adobe forums with code samples that use these calls; are they still functional and the comment was incorrect, or are they not functional but folks are following the SDK samples (that still use them)?
