Suggestion

I inspected the download the url https://download.docker.com/linux/debian and the under dists the only relases available are
bookworm/

bullseye/
buster/
jessie/
stretch/
trixie/
wheezy/

I suspect the issue must be related to the command looking for a"noble" release
