Update parent image from ubuntu:18.04 to ubuntu:20.04

Thanks for your effort on these images. Much appreciated.

Currently the parent image is `ubuntu:18.04` which is the old Ubuntu LTS.
The current latest Ubuntu LTS is `ubuntu:20.04`.

It would be great to update the parent image to the latest LTS.
