[Enhancement] Implement user voice recognition

If Glados is to be the best home assistant, she needs to understand which users in the house hold are speaking to her and respond / source data accordingly. 

Could you implement Picoeagle voice / similar and have Glados serve up the relevant user's news, calendar, etc depending on who is talking to her?
