Update to use jems 1.25+

I'm evaluating using this tool, in conjunction with oauth2-essentials, but when used together, the jems dependency brought in from http-client-essentials does not support oauth2-essentials. It looks like jems 1.25 addresses this, and would make usage of the library we're building much easier (not needing to add exclusions). Can you release http-client-essentials with jems 1.25? Or, is it possible I'm doing something wrong?

Are you using Gradle or Maven? I would expect the never version of jems being pulled automatically (due to the dependency of oauth2-essentials on jems 1.25). jems 1.25 should be backwards compatible with jems 1.23, so this should work without a problem.

Do you get an error when you don't add an exclusion?
