"No kibana plugins found in archive"

I am trying to use it for 6.5.1 i have changed the json to 6.5.1 but getting below error

Transfer complete
Retrieving metadata from plugin archive
Plugin installation was unsuccessful due to error "No kibana plugins found in archive"

Please let me know is anything wrong in the below repo
