Feature Request - Autopatcher

Hi there, I'm a C++ developer and interested in trying to add a feature to OpenDV. I'd like to allow private hotspots the ability to autopatch into phone service over DTMF.

I'm running Linux on old Thinkpads for my hotspots and thus have a well supported modem just sitting there. Decided to purchase a land line and try to get my hotspot autopatch-capable.

From what I gather I'll need to handle the DTMF tones and sending the audio to the ambe/vocoder and link to some documentation informing hams about the legalities of autopatching.

Just wondering if you have any other pointers about where I should start since I'm fresh to the codebase. I'll happily contribute back all of my changes. Appreciate your hard work :)

Start with DummyRepeater and maybe integrate with Asterisk/AllStar.
