We are not sure if it's the latest cPanel versions, but lately we are getting reports on ips being "vanished" from ip manager from our clients.
Further investigating of this issues shows that the ip (somehow) being marked as "dedicated" - as if I've manually changed the ip through cPanel, and not through ipmanager, and therefore ip is not usable by ipmanager any more.
Only way around is to set back the account's ip to the main shared ip, and then give it back through ip manager.
(We can replicate this issue in our servers)
