Scopes use $am-fill(primary) - if the primary is a dark color it's illegible

For example ☝️ - is this something that could be swapped out to $am-fill(accent) perhaps? Or is there a way to overwrite the $am-fill argument? If ya'll are slammed I can open a PR for this.
