No browser activity in the cloned VM

I completed the Honeyclient Installation with minor issues. I start the drone service, firewall VM and StartManager script with no indication of errors. I am able to see the clone VM created, boot up and acquire and IP address. The /honeyclient/bin/bootstrap_agent.sh starts and waits for connection on 0.0.0.0:9000/HoneyClient/Agent

I've enter URLs into the queue but nothing seems to be happening in the clone VM. I'm assuming Internet Explorer is suppose to start but nothing happens. If I open IE in the VM. Is there anything I may have missed?
