Support tag/release views #8
Description
Any good Git viewer is going to support viewing Tags/Releases along with their information.
We need to give thought to how we do this in DGit. The usual paradigm of making Releases only tangentially related to repository contents (Github, GitLab) doesn't sit well with me.
