Download link for data indices is invalid

Hi,

I'm trying to follow the instructions in the README to download the data indices from the provided Google Drive and One Drive links, but both links are invalid.
At same time,https://s3-sa-east-1.amazonaws.com/query-objseg/referit_splits.tar.bz2 is invalid.
 Could you please provide a valid download link?
