Linked Backpack causes Server Crash

Describe the bug
Combining a linked backpack with a hopper or hopper minecart causes a Server Crash.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a Hopper or Hopper Minecart Beneath a Chest.
2. Link the Linked Backpack to the Chest.
3. Move Sufficient Distance that the chunk becomes unloaded.
4. Open the Linked Backpack and place an item inside.
5. Crash

Expected behavior
Either, items would remain in the chest and not be pulled out due to the hopper being unloaded, or the items would be pulled out if the hopper was loaded.
