Connection To Database Not Working

Hi, I was testing the new connections settings that you posted to your database:

SQLALCHEMY_DATABASE_URI_PRODUCTION=postgresql://case_explorer:Wt1Wc3yny9XHhChCktVj@mjcs-prod2.c7q0zmxhx4uo.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com/mjcs
CASE_DETAILS_BUCKET=mjcs-case-details

I could not connect to the server (using port 5432). Ping fails. I did not have a problem connecting with the previous credentials. Just thought I'd bring this to your attention in case it's possible that access to the server could be blocked/misconfigured?

I recently migrated all the infrastructure for this off of AWS since it was super expensive and I was paying for it out of pocket, however most of the functionality is still available such as the REST API. I wasn't planning to expose a raw SQL endpoint again, just for security reasons. Would the REST API work for you or do you have a use case that requires raw SQL access? Also just be aware that the database hasn't been updated with new case details since early 2023.
