When using slow TSA service (especially when it times-out), GUI is not responsive during request execution.

For instance, try: http://tsa.snca.gov.sk/tsa
This will after 20s throw System.Net.WebException "Unable to connect to the remote server" and during this time, GUI is not responsive.
