Improve crew skill change visualisation

After training session it is almost impossible to see how this affected crew skills, as change from previous week shows "=" for all skills. Also it would be good to see skill change from training as well as change from competition.

Related topic is about training session - it would be good to see the estimated improvements or at least which skills training will effect, as currently it is completely not clear, especially when after training some skills decrease.

I would emphasize this ticket once again for this season. It is easy to implement and very useful for users (for example show accurate summary after training session). Another option - show skill changes after week end (because competition days also affect skills, or at least should affect).
