Read Only role issues

It appears that Read Only Team Members:

• Can view media put in the General Channel in the Diode Chat Uploads folder
• View files if converted from Member -> Read Only
• Add files to the file directory
• Possibly modify files in file directory

Are these as expected?

Can validate 3 and 4 are issues if the system explorer is used.

Item # 2 is sort of the definition of "read only", so yeah, that is expected.

Item # 1 is also expected, but I can imagine why it could be concerning. We will mitigate.
