Restrict moving files #134

Description

@Diodeeric

Accidental deletions typically happen when a user begins working into the local file structure. Using the file structure is helpful to manage folder relocation or moving multiple files at one time. What often happens is a user is moving files from one folder to another, but then doesn't notify team members of the move – resulting in team members thinking the file has been deleted, when it actually has been moved. Another issue is when people move the files from a Diode folder to a local file system, actually resulting in the file to be deleted from other Diode team members.

Couple thoughts:

  1. When launching the local file system, add a warning about moving files including a box to not warn me of this message again.
  2. Locking the function of launching the local file system to owners and admins only.
  3. Making the Diode app able to move files to another folder within the Diode app to prevent the need to rely on the local file system and reducing possibilities of user error.
