ERROR shown, but CLI seems to operate OK? #185

This error is shown frequently (ever time my diode-published API gets hit by a client):

ERROR Failed to e2e handshake: handshake timeout via=as1.prenet.diode.io:41046 dst=0xb6a70432a8bbbcb9ce019c9a9c82fd0f651be121

However, everything seems to work. If this is really an error, why and what can be done about it?

If this is not an error, perhaps we should suppress it?
