Add log command to set log url to path

A key feature of the ZTNA system is to view device logs.

Every ZTNA perimeter will have a log path created and a "log" tag generated. If the "log" parameter is specified and the URL is valid, stdio logs should be flowed also to the URL.

The ZTNA systems "log" tag's URL will include the path to the logging server for the device.

Syntax:
diode log -url=[url]

This should also be added to the join command batch processing
