WebAssembly build compatibility: dart:html dependency blocks wasm

The wasm dry run for flutter build web flags dart:html usage in src/_sdk/html.dart, _sdk_html_additions.dart, and parsing/parsing_impl_browser.dart, preventing wasm builds. Are there plans for a wasm-safe path or conditional implementation to unblock Flutter web wasm? Appreciate any guidance.
