Leading zero removed when using cell reference

First of all, thank you for creating and maintaining this great library! I really appreciate your hard work and the effort you put into making this project so useful.

When referencing another cell, if the referenced cell contains a numeric string like "0100",
the value is automatically converted to "100" (removing the leading zero).

Is there an argument flag to prevent this behavior?

Here is the sample file.
When I read the rows from Sheet2, they return string values as is.
However, when I read Sheet1 (which references cells from Sheet2), it returns float values.
