Disabling DNS filter still leaves it enabled.

1. Block example.com
2. Ensure it is blocked
3. In the DNS safety, navigate to DNS filter, set it disable and save and restart
4. clear DNS cache of the client
5. try to to nslookup example.com
6. it will be blocked still
