Greate job! I’m using HoVer-NeXt for nuclei instance segmentation + type classification, and I need to specifically classify lymphocytes.Which pretrained weights (exact filename/link) support segmentation + lymphocyte classification in HoVer-NeXt?

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. For this purpose you can use any of the pretrained models as they all support lymphocyte detection. If you are using the model for colorectal cancer tissue, i would recommend lizard_convnextv2_large, otherwise I would use pannuke_convnextv2_tiny_1
